Top Five Books on my TBR list

Top Five books on my TBR list

It’s a sad, sad world when I’m only allowed to pick my top five books on my TBR list, BUT I’ve done it with the utmost care and am ready to show the world what I am DYING to read. Between mothering at the end of the school year, edits, and writing new books, I barely have time to breathe, let along read. But I need to read like I need to live, so I’ve been trying extra hard to read before I go to bed at least. The problem with that? I usually get so into a book that I can’t sleep long after I put it down. Such is life, I suppose.

Be sure to comment below and tell me what your top five TBR books are right now. I’d love to add more to my never-ending list.

5. Man of Honor (Battle Scars #3) by Diana Gardin
I’ve read the first two books in this series and they completely blew me away. Nothing sucks me in more than a tortured military hero, and Diana knows how to write the best of them.

4. Max (Cold Fury Series #6) by Sawyer Bennett
As a huge fan of anything Sawyer, I am super excited to read this one.  Alas, life has just been a little too busy to make it happen. Still, I look forward to the day where I can dive into Max’s story. There’s something entirely too sexy about these hockey players Sawyer creates, and I can’t get enough of them.

3. The Air He Breathes (Elements #1) by Brittainy C Cherry
I’ve never read a book by this author, but my mom (otherwise knows at my reading partner in crime) swears by this author and anything she writes. This is the one she told me to start with and when I read the beginning of the blurb (“Stay away from him,” people said. “He’s cruel.” “He’s cold.” “He’s damaged) I was completely sold.

2. Infinity Plus One by Amy Harmon
This is another author my mom can’t get enough of. She’s read every single book written by Amy and said if I wanted to start it should be with this one.

1. Preppy Part One, Two, AND Three by TM Frazier
I’m cheating with a series, I know. BUT technically these are supposed to be read together, so…yeah. I adored TM’s writing, and I loved The Kind series, so it was only inevitable that I read Preppy’s stories too. He’s kind of a wickedly, hot character and I can’t resist a bad boy. Now, I’m counting down the day s I can binge these.

Between boot camp and two TOD's in Iraq, my buddies Max, Gavin and me have been through some serious hell. So the last thing I ever expected was to find the biggest challenge of my life back home.

My girlfriend died. I couldn't even attend her funeral, let alone tell her goodbye or that I'm sorry I wasn't there like I should've been.

But she left me a gift. The best and scariest one I could've ever asked for. One I didn't think I could handle...until the day I saw her tiny blues looking up at me in that airport. Chloe.

Now here I am, raising my baby girl-with the help of my two best friends. Things couldn't be better. Until she walked into my life.

All I wanted was a nanny. Someone to take care of my girl when I couldn't. What I didn't count on was Addison, the brown-eyed temptress with a body of sin, and everything I didn't need, but suddenly wanted.

Available now: Amazon

I'm in love with a woman I can't have, and there's absolutely nothing I can do to stop myself from falling.

The problem? Her brother's my best friend.

I shouldn't want her this much. Not when it goes against the bro code. Not when I've never been able to commit to another woman for longer than a night.

But one look into her eyes and I'm a mess for her. She's my everything. Walking away might end me, but if I don't, I'll be risking a hell of a lot more than just a broken heart.

Available for pre-order now. (Releasing November 7th) Amazon
