A SEAL Wolf Christmas and an Autographed Giveaway!

Bjoronolf is so hot, he can wear sunglasses at night and still look cool. Don't you agree?

If anyone is noticing anything other than his abs, his sunglasses are reflecting A SEAL Wolf Christmas. Most everyone I ask says, "What sunglasses?" Or, "I love mirrored sunglasses."

No, they weren't that way. He wasn't that cool. Not until I turned those plain old sunglasses into something much hotter. Why am I even mentioning them when you're happily looking at his abs? It took me hours to figure out how to create the look of mirrored glasses. Do I remember how to do it again? Nope. Do you care? Nope. LOL

Lesson learned! Don't worry about anything the guy is wearing as long as he has GREAT looking abs. :)

When Deb asked if I wanted to write a A SEAL Wolf Christmas, I was excited. I'd never written a Christmas story before, read lots of romantic suspenses set at Christmastime, and only one that was not, and I took off writing it. I couldn't wait for Bjornolf and Anna to get together again! And see them spar. I couldn't stop writing until I was finished. I love when that happens. But when I turned it in, someone said to me, "Did you know that Jaguar Fever is first?"

Panic. I was working full time still. And I had the Anaheim conference to go to. I wrote 40,000 words of Jaguar Fever before I went to conference and it didn't feel right. So when I got home from conference, I only had two more weeks left before I retired early, and I threw out the whole mss and wrote like the devil was after me. The deadline devil, yes. This time the story worked, and I was having a blast.

Then I wrote 2? 3? more books, and now I'm on A Highland Wolf Christmas, which got me to thinking, I have to have more Christmas books because they're so much fun to write! And I had the perfect idea!!!! A SILVER WOLF CHRISTMAS!  Since the Silver wolf pack in Colorado are affectionately called the Silver brothers and there's more trouble coming to town in Silence of the Wolf, well, it seems just perfectly appropriate. Don't you think? They will have the Christmas celebration that will outdo all others--and big trouble too.

I asked on FB if anyone would like to see A Silver Wolf Christmas and had an overwhelming--yes!!!! But then, everyone was asking, what about a jaguar Christmas? I LOVE my fans. :) So yes, I will have to propose that for the following year. That should book me up for Christmases for a while.

Even though Bjornolf and Anna are not big on Christmas, though that does change, I do love Christmas. I love to listen to Celtic Christmas music, and harp music and lots more. I love seeing the lights and decorating everything and being with family for the holidays. I love how the cold kills the bugs.

Okay, so that doesn't sound very Christmas-y, but I've got the AC on because of the 91 degree temps--isn't it like October already?--trying to write about a Highland Wolf Christmas and it's hot out! And buggy.

So I'm already for Christmas and cooler weather.

Those hot SEALs are back with Terry Spear's A SEAL Wolf Christmas. First, they're running around in the jaguars' territory in the hot Amazon jungle, but once they've done their SEAL kind of mission, Bjornolf and Anna have another mystery to solve--A Christmas tree farm murder mystery. They don't have to deal with babies--not yet--but wolf teens, yes! And that can mean really big trouble as Silver Bells are ringing and the aroma of wassail and cinnamon is scenting the air during this special Christmas season.

Can an Alpha Wolf Who's Met His Match...

Navy SEAL Bjornolf Jorgenson has had tough missions before, but going undercover with feisty gray wolf Anna Johnson could top the list. She drives him crazy—in more ways than one. Now he has to investigate a murder, supervise a wild teenage wolf—and handle Christmas with Anna.

Survive the Holidays with Her?

For Anna, the only thing worse than staging the perfect family Christmas is having to do it with Bjornolf posing as her husband. Anna is a serious undercover operative who isn't afraid of a fight, even with a hunky SEAL shifter. With a killer on the loose, Anna just wants to focus on their mission, but the one thing she can't fight is her sizzling chemistry with Bjornolf.

Merry Christmas!!! A little early. Who says we can't have our dessert before the meal?

One lucky commenter will get an autographed copy of any book (except for Savage Hunger or Destiny of the Wolf, ran out) that you would like.

What is your favorite holiday treat for the holidays? And if you're not thinking as far as Christmas, do you have nifty Halloween treats to share? Pictured below is one of the wizard bears I make!
Happy Halloween from Wilde and Woolly Bears copy (800x406)

Here's mine: Spidery Deviled Eggs. Easy! Just make your favorite deviled eggs and top with sliced black olives. Yum. Another is hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls to make mummy dogs!

I know it's not Christmas, but it's my only chance to sneak in a fun treat for Halloween! :)

Speaking of things going bump in the night, it's getting late and something crawls up my leg. Natural reaction: brush it off and then look to see what it was. Cricket maybe? Been finding a bunch of them in the house--dead. Good.

But I'm thinking one of the little lizards that I have inside and outside the house. Texas. What can you expect? It's getting really late and need to go to bed. So shut things down and start walking to the bedroom and feel something rough between the sole of my foot and my flipflop. I kick it off and off runs a scorpion. Now deceased. I know, Carolyn, you can relate. I was stung so many times in Oklahoma, in bed even, I had to remove the bed skirt off the bed.

scorpion 003 (800x780)

I can't believe he crawled up my leg, I brushed him off AND he somehow got between my foot and my flipflop as I was walking and I DIDN'T get stung. When I lived in Oklahoma, I was stung a number of times, picking up a shovel off the grass that I had hold of seconds earlier, stung 3 times in bed, and a number of other times. Had to wear shoes at all times, check inside shoes, never have clothes lying on the floor, and even my son, who put on his robe when he was little, was stung when he pulled his robe from a hanger. They would cling to the ceiling, be hiding behind pictures, blended in with the carpet. HATE those things.
Where is a hunky SEAL wolf hero when I need one???

And!!!

I have audiobook review copies of the following: The Accidental Highland Hero, Highland Rake, Taming the Wild Highland, Bound by Danger, The Dark Fae (teen), Kiss of the Vampire (teen), The Deadly Fae (teen). The caveat is that you haven't received a free book before through audible. But if you haven't and you'd like one, it's yours! This is for anybody and everyone. :)

Happy Halloween and Christmas, early~!

  10. I know how that is, its even more of a pain when you try to go through the manufacturers and its like pulling teeth with them. They have all their products in storage and they cant let go one single box. Its not like they wont get the money out of the product, but I guess most business are like that now a days.

Then I found chocolate covered peppermint ice cream bars, Yum.
