Offer to do a chore your valentine dislikes or might enjoy a break from. I'd love it if my husband would walk the dog one morning so I can sleep in or fold the laundry so I can put my feet up.
Gina Conkle recommends coffee dates...
I love when Brian (hubs) suggests we go to Starbucks or one of our local coffee houses. It means quiet, uninterrupted conversation with him, and coffee dates don't cost much. Have a great Valentine's Day!

Making time to just be together. It doesn't have to be a big romantic dinner or anything wild, just taking the time out of our hectic lives to spend an hour together to sort of catch up and reconnect. So hard sometimes to remember to make time for each other, so pull up a chair, have some coffee or a favorite drink or snack and enjoy some conversation - some say it's a lost art.
