If One Cowboy is Good, Two is Better!

from Mia Marlowe...
Sins of the Highlander is my first collaboration with New York Times Bestseller Connie Mason. Credit for putting us together belongs to our wonderful editor, Leah Hultenschmidt and tireless agent, Natasha Kern. Leave it to Sourcebooks to come up with the idea of pairing us up to bring you a unique brand of action, adventure, and lightly paranormal historical romance. (More about that light paranormal bit later today!)

One of the things I love about writing for Sourcebooks is that their romance list reflects the best in all the romance sub-genres. Today, we'll hear from authors of historicals, romantic suspense, paranormal, military, and western.  My next guest is CH Admirand, who specializes in bringing sexy cowboys to life!

CH Admirand: A special thanks to Mia Marlowe for inviting me to be on her blog again. I just have one question: Where did December go? DYLAN—Book 2 in my series for Sourcebooks: The Secret Life of Cowboys—is just six days away! PINCH ME!! I’m soooo excited and working to finish up all of the blogs and interviews for the upcoming blog tour for DYLAN. There’s just something about spending time in the fictional western town of Pleasure, Texas with those handsome Garahan brothers that warms the cockles of my heart…and dare I say a few other places. ;-)

I’m giving away a signed copy of DYLAN to one lucky commenter today, be sure to include your email with your comment so I can get in touch with you. Good Luck!

What’s not to love about the tall, dark, and handsome Irishmen? Their fabulous genes and working with their hands for a living distract me at odd moments during the day when I’m supposed to be writing the second book in my new Small Town USA series for Sourcebooks. LOL…there’s just something about a cowboy and the loose-limbed way he has of striding toward you that has the heart pumping and the…hmmm…well you get the idea. ;-)

For those of you who need the visual, Shelia Clover English and her team have created yet another amazing video for me. Here’s the link to YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jC9v7XYdTkw

If you’re catching up and haven’t read the first book, TYLER, here’s the YouTube link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXxyzy5RmqY&feature=related

To make it easy for you to get what you want—a cowboy to keep the home fires burning—here are links to purchase at Amazon and Barnes and Noble:
DYLAN: Available for pre-order at: Amazon.com Barnes and Noble

Sourcebooks has a super special program going on right now! It All Started When—offering TYLER and other wonderful titles by my Sourcebooks Sisters for just $1.99! Here’s the info and link: SOURCEBOOKS eBOOK DEALS! It All Started When… First in “Series” for $1.99 Dates: 12/21/11 - 1/8/12 Complete Details: www.sourcebooks.com/component/content/article/43/1894-it-all-started-when.html

So now that we are gearing up for the New Year, bring home a cowboy to cuddle up with on these cold wintry nights. January won’t seem so bleak with a tall, dark, and studly cowboy to keep you company. If you’re lucky he might just park his boots under your bed. To read more, visit me at www.chadmirand.com , www.facebook.com/CHAdmirand , or www.twitter.com/CHAdmirand .

Because I was on a double-deadline in December, I didn’t have time to give my webmaster the virtual tour for DYLAN yet…here’s the info:

  24. Hi Mia! This is such a fabulous idea, hosing a mega-party here on our Casablanca Authors Blog.

Thanks so much for the prayers,my mom is much better today. It was a 7 hr round trip to the nursing home in PA, but well worth it, she seemed improved and happy to see my brother and I.

Thank goodness, he drove, my truck would never have made the trip. :)

  25. Hi Aurian - Thanks for the kind words. She's improving.

I love Elizabeth Lowell's westerns. I had to run upstairs and check my bookshelf because I couldn't remember the name of Willow and Caleb's story...ONLY HIS! Loved it, but am really partial to her Medieval trilogy, too :)

  26. Hi Aretha, thanks for the kind words about my mom ;)

I haven't read Diana Palmer, but have heard great things about her books...so many books...so little time to read these days.

Isn't there just something about a cowboy?

If I could combine John Wayne, Gary Cooper, Roy Rogers and Clint Walker into one man--no wait--that would be toooo much man for me. LOL!
